A full structural rebuild and a simple recover are different jobs, priced differently, not two names for the same thing.

Recover only makes sense on a sound frame
If the webbing and padding underneath are still doing their job, a recover is real work and a fair price. If the seat sags or you can feel the springs through the cushion, a recover just puts new fabric over a problem that's still there. We'll tell you honestly which one your piece needs, not upsell a rebuild you don't.
