Every session includes the piece's full anneal, a 12-hour controlled cool-down in the kiln, priced in, not extra.

The anneal isn't optional
A piece pulled straight from the bench without a slow, controlled cool-down carries internal stress and will crack, sometimes days later, sometimes in your hand. Every piece we make goes into the kiln for a 12-hour anneal before it ever reaches a customer, no exceptions for being in a hurry.
